Free People Endless Summer
Sarah led the visual merchandising strategy for warm door stores at Free People. She developed conceptual Endless Summer shops with the FP Beach and Endless Summer in-house labels (now known as free-est) for expanded locations. Each month, she created national visual directives and partnered closely with the allocation and merchandising teams at the Philadelphia Home Office to align on product needs and store feedback. Sarah prototyped and led the execution of merchandising plans across stores, including product placement, display execution, and store layout. She also traveled monthly to Free People’s flagship stores in Philadelphia to contribute to company-wide visual directives.
